Posisi:
1. Supply Planner
Responsibilites:
- Analyze demand and supply data to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Ensure effective inventory planning to support sales and meet customer demand.
- Determine the number and time of ordering goods so that supplies remain balanced.
- Oversee analysis of sales and inventory related data to identify trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppiers to ensure consistent and quality supply.
- Carry out stock control and ensure that CMT materials from vendors comply with regulations
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruption impacts.
- Monitor market and industry trends to anticipate changes in demand and adjust supply strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in management, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as PPIC and Supply Chain.
- Strong understanding of BoM, MRP and SAP systems and can use Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external parties.
- Effective problem solving and decision making.
2. Optitex Operator
Responsibilities :
- Create and develop digital patterns for clothing using Optitex software.
- Customize and modify patterns based on design specifications and production needs.
- Convert manual patterns into digital format using Optitex.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in digitizing patterns to avoid production errors.
- Performs pattern grading for various sizes in accordance with industry standards.
- Use Optitex’s 3D simulation feature to visualize designs and identify potential problems prior to production.
- Create virtual prototypes to check fit and draping of clothes.
- Work closely with the designer to ensure that the pattern matches the design.
- Identify and resolve problems that arise in the design and production of patterns.
- Propose improvements to improve production efficiency and quality.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Fresh Graduate Or Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related fields.
- Work experience of at least 1-2 years in the field of garment or can use Optitex in the fashion industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Optitex software for pattern design and development.
- Ability to communicate well with design and production teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work with tight deadlines.
